MRI: Mri is inherently better in identifying smaller abnormalities. Positional headache and neck pain may be related to sinus disease or cervical spine disorders. Mri of neck and or or MRI cervical spine may be in order. To make you feel better, most patients with such vague symptoms rarely have any significant findings in radiological studies.
