Exam needed.: Sinus blockage and lack of drainage can cause headaches and pressure. I do not believe that the "bump" on your nose has any cause of your symptoms. I would check on your humidity in your room. Warm moist pads applied to your face sinus may give you some relief. Your family doctor after a thorough exam will probably help.
