Often helpful: Multiple studies have proven than Vitamin B6 (in doses of 100-200 mg/day) helps a significant percentage of people with carpal tunnel syndrome though does not help everybody. But it's safe and affordable and worth trying for 3 months. Look for a form that includes Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (the activated form of B6).
