A member asked:

Is a b2 level of 5 and a b6 level of 14 of any rel concern...also crp level is 5. all other vitamin levels are normal. have you ever heard of this?

Be careful: There's little reason to have vitamin levels assayed if you're on a halfway-normal diet. The two exceptions are vitamin d, which is widely deficient, and b12, which vegetarians and folks with certain subtle illnesses may lack. There are some non-evidence-based (read, crooked) labs that encourage fringe practitioners to order vitamin levels shotgun. Get with a scientific holistic practitioner.
