I don't believe: there are any vitamins or supplements that will reliability and repeatedly increase the likelihood of orgasm. I believe there are individual/anecdotal reports of this, but nothing that has been tested and found to have an association beyond chance alone. There is some data that suggests vitamin B6 can counteract elevated prolactin: this may have an effect on libido/interest in sex. Stay well:)
