Question unclear but: If calorie-counting skills are good and willpower is even greater, then a person can lose weight no matter what type of food he eats. That is because he will stop eating when he hits the maximum daily number of calories he allows himself. It really is that simple, which means any person can lose weight eating any type of food. However, most normal people do not have that much willpower.

Not practical!: Drastic efforts to lose weight do not work well and do not last...So don't even try this approach. To lose weight you need to eat less but not quit because controlling weight is a life long discipline. So eat a balanced meal with calorie restriction in a way that is practical and enjoyable. Not eating anything is a punishment which no body deserves! add daily exercise to your diet for better resul.
