Infection: Cannot diagnose case from description alone. However "pain, swelling, sores,glands, white patches, bleeding, cyst-like" all indicate infection. Immediately contact your General Dentist for an examination>diagnosis>treatment plan or referral. If your braces are involved, speak to your specialist Orthodontist. If you don't have one, fin$ one.
