Possibly : If the difference in height is small and the teeth can aligned in a normal class 1 position braces may work. There is no way to know without having a dentist or orthodontist give you an evaluation.

Depends on your bite: Usually the height of the teeth can be aligned with braces but your orthodontist would need to look at your bite to see how the opposing teeth fit together with the teeth you want to align. It may involve having braces on both arches
