A member asked:

Hi! i have a moderate open bite that i would love to fix through braces or aligners. however, i also have a gap between my two top front teeth (about 2/3 mm) that i would like to keep. would this be possible?

Please contact a local orthodontist for a consultation. Treatment recommendations will be based on bone configuration as well as the position of your teeth. It is possible to to correct almost any malocclusion but since no two are exactly the same your treatment will be tailored specifically to you.

That could be possible depending on the spacing of the teeth in the mouth. this is one of those multifactorial issues that is hard to give a general answer to. But it is within the realm of possibility.
