Without : Without a complete evaluation, including exam, xrays and models to determine the severity of you malocclusion, it is impossible to determine your treatment needs. Treatment could take several months to several years and could possibly include surgery. See an orthodontist for this evaluation.

Cannot tell you: Though you have done fine job of explaining your problems, the internet does not give us the information we require to give a reasonable answer. What is small or big to you, may seem very different to an orthodontist or dentist. Evaluation by a good clinician is the key: it may be a short course of braces, or a combination of braces and additional bonding or veneering. Good luck!

Treatment length: Length of time in orthodontic treatment depends on the malocclusion (bad bite). Gap between front teeth can mean tooth size discrepancy, tooth position discrepancy, relationship of jaws to each other, health of supporting tissues, tissue between front teeth, and so many other factors. See a specialist Orthodontist for an (usually free) examination to adequately answer all your questions.
