Had transvaginal us.. showed several fibroids. rt ovary normal. lft ovary with a complex cystic lesion measuring 4.2 x 3.6 x 3.5. what could this mean . my symptoms are heavy bleeding with large clots and bleeding most of the time. endometrium measures 8

Ovary: Heavy bleeding with fibroids is common; you can address with yoru doctor how to handle this. An 8mm endometrium is very non-specific, in other words it's almost certainly normal. A complex cystic mass is more concerning: it could range from irrelevant to worrisome. You need to discuss this with your doctor in person.

Agree with Dr. H: In addition to the comment by Dr. H, your doctor can prescribe oral contraceptive that can limit your period to once a year or so.
