According to the ultrasound of my ovaries ive pcos, right ovary size 33x15 and left 14x10 but it doesnt showed up in fsh & lh blood test. help plz?

PCOS: PCOS usually shows multiple cysts in both ovaries, an elevated serum LH , normal FSH and is accompanied by very irregular menstrual function. Treatments usually involve ovulation induction, or methods to deal with increased testosterone effects by using "antiandrogen" meds. Consult a reproductive endocrinologist for care.
