A lot going on: You need to see your gyn for an evaluation that should include an endometrial biopsy. If that is normal, there are several options. Oral contraceptives will likely regulate your cycles, eliminate the follicles and make your menses lighter. Lysteda may decrease your menses without hormones. Endometrial ablation may be an option if your fibroids are small. Finally, a lsh may also be an option.
