I have had the cyst drained but it came right back. whats going on, do i need more treatment?

Maybe: Fluid-filled cysts can be drained and that may help for a long time. But the fluid sometimes returns. If it is not bothering you, then you can do nothing. If it is, then you can have the whole cyst removed. Before doing any surgery, even minor, get two opinions though.
