Different cyst: Remember, a woman makes a cyst every month. It is where the egg is until you release it with ovulation. Some women will experience pain with ovulation called mittlesmerz. Get an examination while you are experiencing your symptoms. That way your doctor might better isolate exactly where the pain is coming from. Pain is probably uterus, not ovaries.
