Promiscuous sex: Hi, We always consider promiscuous sex to be high risk and always recommend that patients be tested as soon as possible. There are other STDs to be cautious for in addition to HIV, which are all very treatable if identified early. Screening panels are very routine and can be obtained through your local clinic, urgent care center, or Planned Parenthood. Hope this helps
