HIV transmission in this setting is related to how much of the blood or infected bodily fluid gets under your skin. There would have to be a significant puddle on the box for this to be of concern. If you have HIV anxiety, you may want to see your doctor to discuss your risk factors and whether you should be anxious. There may be help for your anxiety.

It is not at all likely to contract HIV from the situation you described. It can only be transmitted by coming into direct contact with body fluids from a person with HIV like blood, semen, and vaginal fluid. HIV is NOT transmitted through air, shaking hands/hugging, saliva, tears, sweat, or mosquitoes.
