Following a CT scan and MRI scan there is a suspicion of fungal sinusitis in my sphenoid sinus, how is this treated, what to do?
Ct & mri shows 11mm Rght sphenoid sinus cyst. Extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. Ent says cyst isnt my problem. Gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. Symptms remained?

CT showed - mild thickening in the bilateral ethmoid air cells and right sphenoid sinus. No symptoms except mostly constant watery nose?
