Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. You and your doctor may wish to talk to the radiologist together. Wish you good health!

Not clear from your post, why you would worry about extremely rare tumors. Since you fail to mention symptoms, not even obvious why any evaluation has commenced. If you do have sinus issues, suggest you see an otolaryngologist. Ask your doctor about the findings on a CAT scan film.
