What is the issue: One should treat the patient, not the test. If you are asymptomatic, these findings are irrelevant.

Ct & mri shows 11mm Rght sphenoid sinus cyst. Extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. Ent says cyst isnt my problem. Gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. Symptms remained?
