Sphenoid sinus issues, how long does it take for a fungal ball to be produced? can it come and go? i have 2 flare ups and scans in between - nothing.

Unlikely...: It is very unlikely that you would have an accumulation of ‘fungus’ in your sinuses under normal conditions. If you are constantly exposed to farming conditions your risk could be higher. A CT of the sinuses could aid in diagnosing you.
