Working with therapist for anxiety, but still worrying about bp. had a stressful week & had a reading of 150/95, but 2 days later it was 125/83. should i be worrying about it? my doc says to throw monitor away & stop worrying about it. sound advice?

Followup mandatory: Good followup is mandatory to labile blood pressures, and should not be dismissed as to simply "anxiety". Multiple readings under different conditions, as well as different time of day are needed. Diary of readings for review are even more helpful, under weeks of observation.
