Both likely okay: You are likely more relaxed at home and the lower reading is likely to reflect that. At the office you are likely more anxious and that could raise it some. Make sure the batteries in your home unit are fresh & it is good to take you level 3 times over a 5 minute period & average the nuber.These devices are seldom as accurate as the ones at a docs office.
