Ask a Gyn oncologist: There is indeed a very high probability that you have a “small, benign, functional” ovarian lesion that is very likely going to resolve spontaneously, particularly if you are healthy, have had pregnancies, have used contraceptive hormones, do not have a family history of Gyn tumors and are otherwise “at low risk for ovarian cancer”. Consult a Gyn oncologist who has expertise in ovarian pathology.
