Will see a gyn onc to schedule hysterectomy in two weeks. will i be able to proceed with a wbc level of 3.0 (gradually dropped from 5.7 over past 6 months)? any effective way to increase wbc/anc quickly?

Why the drop: You doctor needs to ascertain why did your WBC count drop below the normal level. Your suitability for surgery would depend on the underlying cause of this finding. There is no way to increase WBC count without addressing the cause of the low count. Wish you good health!
