Hi i have 99.6 degree fever brown ear drainage and bad ear pain is this swimmers ear infection or middle ear infection ?

Hard to say: The temperature you cite is not much of one, and swimmers ear is usually fever free. However you could have a middle ear infection that has perforated the ear drum and drained without fever. Pain on moving the ear loge is usually more prominent in a swimmers ear. The only way to know for sure is an exam.
