An ear infection can explain all of your symptoms. It is imperative that you see and ENT doctor at the earliest. If one is not accessible go to the ER or nearest hospital. Wish you good health!

Urgent care is an option. The cause of dizziness should be evaluated soon. The possible ear infection may require an antibiotic. Monitor temperature and . breathing. Watch for signs of dehydration and change in vision.
