A member asked:

Can you have swimmer's ear infection without ear pain and without a fever.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not totally: You seldom have fever with swimmers ear. One of the diagnostic features is pain on movement of the ear lobe. There may be no pain at rest. However, if no pain with movement I would consider the label of swimmers ear in doubt if not just wrong.
