Can tapering lexapro cause constipation i'm down to .8ml. or is it my tsh of 4.38? all other thyroid #'s within range.

Not the thyroid: A TSH of 4.38 with a normal total or free T4 would not cause constipation and I doubt tapering your Lexapro would have such an effect either
