Obesity: You're probably overweight and if you eat less than you burn off, so that you will love weight, you will not be full and you will be hungry. That's your body's way of telling you you're losing weight. It's not harmful or dangerous and the feeling generally lessen as your body gets used to the lower intake. If you eat when hungry, you'll never lose weight.
