A member asked:

I feel as though it is normal to eat a big breakfast, snack throughout the day and eat a big/normal dinner. or is it better to actually eat lunch? both options would be healthy food choices but i'm just never hungry for lunch even if i eat a small breakfa

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Small frequent meals: In general, the healthiest eating pattern for us is to eat small, frequent meals throughout the day. Eating patterns and needs can be highly variable from person to person depending on their sleep patterns, activity level and metabolism. If you have a normal BMI, feel great throughout the day and no GI issues, your current pattern of eating is right for YOU!
