Satiety can be: achieved w/good fats. Low fat diet will not do it. Please see a nutritionist and a trainer at a gym after you see your doc for clearance. Good fats include olive oil, fish oil, and coconut oil. Avoid transfats found in packaged foods. Peace and good health.
