Are these excuses?: You'll have to make the time. Prioritize time for the things that are important, healthy diet, regular exercise, social life, work , etc. Try getting up 30" earlier, buy and prep for the entire week in one session, team up with another during food prep. Or, you could become independently wealthy and hire a personal chef! if that's not a option, you'll have to do it. No excuses! it's your life.

Nuts and cheese: It's always best to have a balance of fresh foods, but if you can't carry around a lot then make sure you have a good supply of healthy fats and protein. The easiest thing to keep on hand is nuts and cheese. The fat in those will keep you from feeling hungry and they aer good for you.
