I was told my ct scan showed an enlarged pulmonary artery, pulmonary hypertension was ruled out with catheterization, what else could cause this?

Big pulmonary artery: Better now than it was before. If cath did not confirm enlarged pulmonary artery then things must have changed. Perhaps you were sicker than when the CT was done. Discuss with the readers of the CT and the cath report would seem like a good plan.
