Artery not cause. : Suggest asking for holter monitor for irregular heartbeats.

Could be: Find out the results. One major reason for your sx's could be anxiety. With a major illness it roughly doubles anxiety and mood problems; sleeping well at night? Pulmonary hypertension may be the issue or an incidental finding but over 20% of chest pain presentations to the er ate anxiety related. Bin other words here may be an answer if hats not it and there is no technical "medical" reason.
