No. Need RVSP.: To diagnose pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), you need to have (1) a description of symptoms that you experience that is consistent with PAH, and (2) a measurement or estimate of the pulmonary arterial pressure - either by echocardiogram or by Swan-Ganz (right heart) catheterization.
