Not Related to Aspir: It is not related to aspirin.You should make an appointment with your doctor and get yourself checked.Meanwhile monitor your blood pressure.140/92 is not critical.

No: Aspirin should have no blood pressure effect. If your family has a hx of cad, then hypertension may also be in the family. I would monitor your BP and try to limit salt in your diet.
