could you tell me what fruits and vegetables are good for energy and weight loss?

It varies: A healthy well-balanced diet, 3 meals without snacks. Caloric restriction if you need to lose weight. There's no magic here, and no "magic foods" that cause you to lose weight. Find an eating plan you can follow the rest of your life, not a short-term diet. Check w/your registered dietitian. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Not good solution: The best solution to boost energy and achieve weight loss is to change your diet and exercise. Pills for energy and weight loss have side effects and once you stop taking them typically any weight lost comes back on. Try monitoring everything you eat and keeping a food journal as well as increase your activity levels and get plenty of sleep to boost your energy. See choosemyplate.Gov.

Don't pull that pin!: According to reviews I have read it contains 225 mg of caffeine. Potential side effects include: anxiety, nausea, tachycardia, difficulty sleeping & headaches. Ingredients include: green coffee, phenylalaline, cayenne, green tea and bitter orange. Some of these don’t have documented efficacy. You are better off with good nutrition choices and exercise.
