Ones that you eat: All fruits & vegetables are good for you. Some are better than others. For instance, we're less likely to recommend starchy ones like potatoes but they're probably ok in moderation. Important thing is to eat lots of different colored ones daily, at least 4-5 servings of each. Brightly colored & deeply colored ones are full of vitamins & minerals. Actual fruit & veggies better than commercial juice.
