give me a perfect daily diet & energy or fruit drinks for consumption?

There isn't one: There is no perfect daily diet because everyone is different. There are also many different philosophies on what is good and what is bad. Most agree that sugars are not good, so "fruit drinks" are not part of a "perfect diet".
