I am supposed to take 1 gram valtrex 3 x day and i think i may have taken 2 at once ( or very close to each other ) or i lost one? skip next dose or n

Take 3rd pill when : You would normally take it.As long as you do not take more than 3 pills a day, you should be ok. Dosages are spaced to provide consistent blood level and also to decrease stomach upset. If you are not sure if you took #2, you might try counting remaining pills. Daily and weekly pill trays are really helpful as this happens a lot. We think, “Did I take or or just remind myself I need to take it.”
