Hi. my daughter has a fever for about 28 hours now. max temp 42.2 celsius min temp 39.2 celsius. gp visit resulted in suppository to drop temp. she has not gone below 40 since her gp visit. 35 month old.

Reexamine: 40 degrees Celsius converts to 104 degrees F: exceptionally high and deserves further evaluation and examination. I don't understand a temperature of 42.2 = 104.36 F- dangerously high. Call pediatrician NOW!
