Better not: ibumol is a combination of ibuprofen (NSAID) and paracetamol, and you already gave her panamor (another NSAID) 2 hours ago, however you can give calpol (paracetamol) . You can alternate paracetamol and an NSAID every 4 hours for fever as needed, but read the labels carefully and give the right dosage, see the pediatrician if no improvement or other symptoms, wish you both wellness
