24 m. sub cm nodes only on l (occipital, supraclav, epitrochlear) for months. ct of h&n showed slight enlarge bilat jugulodigastric nodes, l>r. fnac and flow on l jd node came back as possible benign warthins tumor. how is benign if outside parotid?
