Nothing about the: information you provide is alarming. The fine needle aspiration has not revealed anything helpful and is not diagnostic. Hemorrhage/bleeding is not unusual; it may even have been caused by the insertion of the needle. Fixation artifact simply means there is disruption of the tissue due to fixation/preparing the material for the microscope. Probably needs repeating...discuss with Doc. Good wishes:)
