Can an occipital tumor cause the same symptoms as ms? i was diagnosis in 09 with ms, just found a golf ball size lump at the occipital . ct scan scheduled

Yes.: Ms and tumors and infection can be confused, but specific brain imaging is very helpful in sorting these out.

Potentially yes: Visual problems can occur with occipital lobe lesions, and may mimic some of the presenting symptoms in MS. Cannot exclude possibility of 2 different co-morbidities, both afflicting you and causing symptoms. Your neurologist should readily be able to sort all of this out.
