Genetic disorder:: Gorlin Gaultz Syndrome, also called Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome, or Nevoid Casal-cell Carcinoma syndrome, which is genetic disorder predisposing to skin cancers, with the simplest explanation on wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevoid_basal-cell_carcinoma_syndrome is rare (which is no consolation if you have it!).
