It sounds like an infected cyst among others, an exam will be needed in order to clarify. Seeing your doc will be wise as to confirm a diagnosis and having it treated timely.

It would be prudent to see a doctor for evaluation and treatment. It is very unlikely to be cancer. An infected hair follicle is a likely explanation. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
