Evaluation: She should see her doctor to be evaluated and have PetCT and biopsy of dose mass for diagnosis and treatment, there is possibility of cancer.

Multiple growths: A full history and physical exam will be absolutely necessary. Please bring your mom to an academic medical center such as Cornell or Columbia. Does your mom have cafe au last spots in her underarm (brownish?) Did this start in her 20s? There are many things that come to mind but a full in person exam and possibly a biopsy to determine the exact nature of the lesions would be appropriate. Goodluck
