My daughter leruri is battling to breath. i suspect nasal congestion. we administered allergex, calpol and salex but she isnt getting better. she doesnt have fever, she isnt coughing but seems to have difficulty swallowing. it seems her lips are getting bruised but were not sure. i just suspect that were paranoid. she sleeps just a bit and wakes up crying. ?

Problems breathing : There are several vague and concerning things you mention. I am not sure if this is urgent or not. I can associate difficulties breathing and problems swallowing with throat swelling. More details are needed

Be cautious: Cannot be definitive here, but troubles me that "lips are getting bruised". Is this really cyanosis due to low oxygenation. Also, am concerned about her "difficulty swallowing". Medical attention today is indicated.
